"Itera" company sold to KKCG SE an Oil Terminal in Samara, 伊特拉国际集团

Itera Holding a member of the international group of companies Itera has completed a deal with KKCG SE, which is the parent company of the international financial and investment group KKCG, which sales complexes for receiving, storing and loading oil in the Samara region. The permission was obtained from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.Under the deal was KKCG SE became the single owner of the terminal. Sale of the oil terminal was made in accordance with the development strategy and program of realization of non-core assets within the "Itera" companies. The proceeds will be used to replenish the resource base of the gas business and to implement promising chemical and energy projects.
General director of "Itera Holding" Igor Semenyuta said: "We have chosen KKCG Grop as core investors primarily because we saw a high level of professional preparedness to manage the complex and their willingness to study the scrutiny of the Russian market. I am confident that with the advent of the Czech company this complex in gains a great owner who will bring new motivation to its development. It is important that the deal gave a chance for our further cooperation in other joint investment projects,which we are discussing. "
Paul Sharoch, chief KKCG Group Investments, said: "The purchase of an oil complex was the first investment of KKCG Group in the Russian market through the so-called "Downstream", activities related to the processing and sale of crude oil. We also hope that our cooperation with the "Itera" will continue successfully on other projects. "
The oil complex is located in October, about 200 km from the city of Samara, the regional center of Samara Oblast. Having a direct connection to the pipeline "Druzhba" and being on crossing of river, rail and road transport routes, the complex is in a strategically important position in the region.Reconstruction of the terminal, the capacity of which is 3.4 million tons per year, was completed in 2010 and this year started the complex started operating.
