Lipatov: modernization of Shaturskaya GRES is environmentally safe for the Moscow region, 俄罗斯下议院能源委员会

Yuri Lipatov, Chairman of the Energy Committee of the Russian State Duma, inaugurated the launch of 400 MW CCGT unit at Shaturskaya GRES on November 26

As Lipatov commented at the ceremony, "E.ON AG has completed on time the construction of 400 MW CCGT unit at Shaturskaya GRES owned by OGK-4 in compliance with the Master Plan of Power Engineering Sites Allocation till 2020. Shaturskaya GRES is the first facility to be launched in the frame of E.ON AG's investment program in Russia".

"This CCGT unit is environmentally safe for Shatura located in the east of the Moscow region and famous across Russia as a pioneer of the GOELRO plan. 90 years afterwards, modernization of Shaturskaya GRES exemplifies an efficient solution for total modernization of the Russian energy sector".
