SGC in a joint venture to construct a new exit within Russia-Europe transport corridor, Stroygaz咨询公司

October 22, Moscow: Leader and Stroygazconsulting (SGC), the two companies participating in the project, visited the construction site at the 33 km of М-1, the main transport route connecting the West of Russia and E30 in Europe. The two companies were represented by Anatoly Gavrilenko and Ziad Manasir respectively.
The new exit to MKAD (the Moscow Circular Autoroute) is the first among the Russian road construction projects implemented in the frame of a private-public partnership. A concession agreement was arranged in 2009 between Rosavtodor and Glavnaya Doroga consortium represented by SGC and Alpine Bau (Austria) for construction and operation of a new exit to MKAD from M1 federal route with a term of 30 years and total cost of 25.7 mln rubles.

M1, a route compliant with the best European standards, will be 18.5 km long. Out of the 15 bridge constructions, the largest will be a bridge over Chachenka river (519 m long, with spans of 108 m) and an 800 m bridge at Mozhayskoe shosse.

It is planned to finish the works in 2012.
