UC RUSAL signs letter of intent to aquire stake in NORINCO sales subsidiary

Moscow, 27 September 2010 – UC RUSAL Plc (SEHK: 486, EuroNext: RUSAL/RUAL), the world’s largest aluminium producer, announces signing the Letter of Intent with China North Industries Corporation (NORINCO) that emphasises the intent of RUSAL to acquire a stake in a sales and marketing subsidiary of NORINCO operating on China's primary aluminium market.
