A Korean delegation representing Kogas (Korean Gas Corporation) headed by Choo Kang Soo, President and CEO of Kogas, arrived in Yakutia to hold talks with Vyacheslav Shtyrov, President of Sakha Republic (Yakutia)

The Kogas delegation is to meet with Vyacheslav Shtyrov, President of Sakha Republic (Yakutia), to discuss cooperation and sign an agreement between Kogas and Sakhatransneftegaz. The visit also envisages meetings in the Ministry of External Affairs of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and a visit to the produciton facilities of the Yakutia Gas Refinery.

It is planned to discuss joint development and operation of gas fields of the Republic, development of refineries and construction of a gas pipeline.
