Yuri Lipatov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Energy, and Professor Gert Weiskirchen, Chairman of Germany-Russia Parliamentary Group in the Bundestag, met on September 24 to discuss Russian-German cooperation in fuel and energy sector and power safety.
Meeting of the two Parliaments marked the official farewell visit of Professor Weiskirchen to Moscow as Chairman of Bundestag’s Parliament Group after 33 years as Deputy.
