RAO/CIS Offshore 2011 is the 10th International Conference and Exhibition for Oil and Gas Resources Development of the Russian Arctic and CIS Continental Shelf that dates back to 1993 when the Schtokman, Prirazlomny and Sakhalin projects have been launched in Russia.

RAO/CIS Offshore 2011 Exhibition presents the new oil and gas resources development projects in the Russian Arctic and CIS Shelf, innovations in oil and gas exploration, facilities for industrial and environmental safety.
