Rosneft issued first tender to sell Urals oil tender from Ust Luga, Rosneft

OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, issued a tender to sell Urals crude from the Baltic Sea port of Ust-Luga for loading from Nov. 29 to Nov. 30, according to two traders who participate in the market.
The tender for 100,000 metric tons of Urals will be awarded Nov. 11, according to the people, who declined to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak on the matter.
