Court in Kiev postponed hearing on "gas" case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko on Friday, July 8.

Court in Kiev on Thursday continued its consideration of the criminal case against Tymoshenko about signing gas contracts with Russia in 2009. The Court rejected all petitions for disqualification of a judge Rodion Kireeva.

The lawyer of ex-premier Mykola Titarenko asked the court for a month to get acquainted with the case, since it has only recently attracted a defender, and he can not present Tymoshenko's case in a proper manner.

The judge noted that partially satisfies the request, and thus carries meeting on Friday to allow time for a lawyer. On it informs RIA "Novosti".
