Lipatov: the basics of state regulation of tariffs should be preserved in electricity, State Duma Committee for Energy

On July 7, 2010, the State Duma has made the final approval for the amendments in the federal decrees on electricity due to the termination of the federal law "On state regulation of tariffs for electric and thermal power in Russia" introduced by Yuri Lipatov and Valentin Mezhevich"Introduction of these amendments is due to the need to keep the basics of state tariff regulation", reminded Yuri Lipatov at the session of the State Duma Committee on Energy which he chairs. According to Lipatov, "we have taken into account a few changes suggested to the Committee".
