Russia and Poland consider a gas supply agreement, Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation

Sergey Shmatko, Minister of Energy of Russia, took part in the talks between Russia and Poland which included the sphere of energy in the framework of Putin's visit to Poland
In particular, the Russian party confirmed its readiness to provide regular supplies of natural gas for the Polish consumers.

According to Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland, Russia and Poland will possibly sign a gas supply agreement in the nearest future.
As a result of the visit to Poland, an Interstate Cooperation Agreement was signed for import of irradiated fuel by Rosatom (Russia) and Hanna Trojanowska, deputy Minister of Economy of Poland.
