System Operator has finished the regional investment project “Re-equipment of the infrastructure and technology of the Penza subsidiary of the System Operator” to increase the reliability of the regional energy system operation.
The investment project that started in 2007 envisaged the relocation of Penza regional energy dispatch unit to an improved location for more efficient operation of the unit.
