Khabarovsk Refinery

Through the merger with Alliance Oil, West Siberian Resources now owns one of the only two oil refineries currently located in the Russian Far East, the Khabarovsk Oil Refinery. The refinery’s crude distillation capacity amounts to 24.6 million barrels per year.
The Khabarovsk Refinery is a leading producer of advanced oil products in the Russian Far East. In 2002, the refinery was the first company to start production of A 98 gasoline in the Russian Far East. In 2005, it was the first refinery in the Russian Far East to begin production of gasoline with specifications in compliance with corresponding European standards EN-228:2004 (Regular, Euro-92/4, Premium, Euro- 95/4, Super, Euro-98/4).
