Moscow Refinery
Moscow Refinery, operated by a joint venture of Moscow Oil and Gas Company (MOGC) and Gasprom Neft, is located in the South East of Moscow. The plant’s crude distillation capacity currently amounts to 12.15 million tones per year. Moscow Refinery processes West Siberian crude oil and supplies the oil products to the rapidly growing Moscow and Moscow Region markets, as well as the European export markets.General Director: Alexandr Meling
