LUKOIL Permnefteorgsintez owned by Lukoil is located 9 km from the city Perm. The refinery’s crude distillation capacity amounts to 12.4 million tons per year. Volgogradneftepererabotka processes blend crude oil from Western Siberia and North of Perm Region and it specializes in production of fuels, lubricants and petrochemicals.
