Achinsk Refinery
Achinsk Refinery is the biggest refinery in Krasnoyarsk region. The plant was acquired by Rosneft in 2007. The refinery’s crude distillation capacity amounts to 6.5 million tones (48 mln. barrels) per year. Achinsk Refinery processes West Siberian crude oil. The plant’s deep conversion facilities include catalytic reforming, jet and diesel fuel hydrotreatment, bitumen production and gas fractioning units. The refinery specializes in the production of motor and jet fuels and generally produces more than 100 different petroleum products. Most of the plant’s products are distributed in Krasnoyarsk and the neighbor regions, while the rest is export.General Director: Yury Kasyuk
