Found in 1998 with a purpose of monitoring and development of the Energy Strategy of Russia.Institute of Energy Strategy is a coordinating organization dealing with comprehensive analysis and prediction of the development of the Russian TEK (Fuel and Energy Complex) in the context of general tendencies in the social and economic development of the country.
