Petroleum Advisory Forum
Founded in 1993, the Petroleum Advisory Forum (PAF) is an association of foreign companies, who invest, or are interested in investing, in the exploration of oil and gas fields on the territory of the Russian Federation. The Association includes companies from the USA, Europe and Japan, making direct or portfolio investments into some major projects of the Russian oil and gas sector.The international experience of the companies-members enables them to improve and sustain the normative basis of the investing climate.
PAF is a non-commercial organization registered in Texas, USA, who has representative offices in the Russian Federation with its head office in Moscow.
