TGC-14
TGC-14 provides electricity and heats on the territory that covers Zabaykalsk region and Republic of Buryatia. It comproses six subsidiaries: Chita Generation, Buryatia Generation, Chita Power Complex, Ulan-Ude Power Complex, Chita Heats and Power Distribution, Heats and Power Distribution of Buryatia. As of February 1, 2005, the installed capacity of TGC-14 was 646 MW.Shareholder structure: Eneropromsbyt (joint venture of Russian Railways and ESN Group) - 32.20%, Norilsk Nickel - 27.81%, Power Index - RusHydro holds 0.33%, the state holds 0.03% and minorities - 39.63% of the shares. Shares traded on RTS and MICEX stock exchanges.
