TGC-13 (Yenisei TGC)
TGC-13 (Yenisei TGC) is a merged company, which since December 31, 2006 includes the generating capacities of Krasnoyarsk Generation and Khakass Generating Company, and the TGC-13 managing company. Total installed electric capacity is 2,548 MW (as of 1.01.2007) and total installed heat capacity is 6,983.1Gcal/h (with the boiler-house capacity), as of 1.01.2007. Total length of heat systems is 742.8 km.Shareholder structure: Siberian Coal Power Company - 47.12%, the state - 14.27%, Centrenergoholding - 4.83%, Power Index - RusHydro holds 0.49% and minorities hold 33.29% of the shares. Shares traded on RTS and MICEX stock exchanges.
