TGC-12 (Kuzbassenergo)

Today Kuzbassenergo is one of the largest power systems of Russia. In the framework of TGC-12 that emerged in 2007 the generation facilities of Kuzbassenergo will provide no less than 12% of electricity over Siberia and about 68% of heats supply for consumers of Kuzbass and Altai.

Kuzbassenergo is one of the leaders of Russian power systems in terms of production automatization. Its main activities are production of electricity and heat, transmission and production of electricity and heat, heat transmission and distribution as well as trade of the produced electricity on the wholesale power market.

Shareholder structure: Siberian Coal Power Company - 54.84%, Federal Grid Company - 18.93%, Centrenergoholding - 4.42%, Power Index - RusHydro holds 0.45% and minorities - 21.36% of the shares. Shares traded on RTS and MICEX stock exchanges.
