TGC—11 is one of the largest heat power companies of Siberia that unites generating capacities of Omsk and Tomsk areas and is engaged in manufacture of electric and thermal energy and also distribution of heat to consumers.Total installed electric capacity of TGC—11 is 2,026 MW; total heat power capacity is 8,241 MW, total extent of heat networks is 806 km. Shareholder structure: Federal Grid Company - 27.5%, Siberian Coal Power Company (SUEC) - 21.24%, Rosneft - 5.28%, Centrenergoholding - 6.68%, minorities - 38.33%. Shares traded on RTS and MICEX.
