TGC-9 unites power generation capacities of Sverdlovsk region, Perm region and Komi Republic.Main activities of TGC-9 are production, transmission and trade of electricity and heats. The installed electric capacity is 3,279.52 MW and thermal capacity - 16,866.1 Gcal/h.
Shareholder structure: Integrated Energy Systems (IES) - 43.98%, Integrated Energy Systems Limited - 20.89%, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) - 7.89%, Wilmington Investments Limited - 3.22%, Power Index - RusHydro owns 0.39% and minorities - 23.63%. Shares traded on MICEX (TGKI) and RTS (TGKID).
