TGC - 6 was founded on the basis of the generating capacities located in the territory of Nizhniy Novgorod, Ivanovo, Vladimir, Penza and the republic of Mordovia. The headquarters are based in Nizhny Novgorod.The basic activity of the company is manufacture of thermal and electric energy. Total installed electric capacity is 3,139.5 MW and total installed thermal capacity is 11,184.1 Gcal/h. Shareholder structure: Federal Grid Co. owns 23.58%, Integrated Energy 19.82%, Archivo Limited 19.08%, Primagate Trading Limited 18.41% of its shares. Shares traded on RTS and MICEX Exchanges.
