Siberian Energy Association
Siberian Energy Association (SEA) is a non-governmental nonprofit organization that unites the power market participants of the Siberian Federal Region. Today SEA comprises 34 members among generation and grid companies, fuel and transport enterprises, equipment manufacturers, scientific and design organizations, major power consumers. SEA was established on July 25, 2007 with the support of Anatoly Kvashnin, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Siberian Federal region, Interregional Association Siberian Accord and RAO UES of Russia.
