Russian Association of Communal Energy

Russian Association of Communal Energy named after Eduard Khizh was established in December, 1995 by Roskommunenergo and communal energy enterprises of Bashkortostan Republic, Altai and Stavropol regions, Vladimir, Vologda, Voronezh, Kaluga, Novgorod, Orenburg, Orel, Penza, Ryazan, Saratov, Smolensk, Tula and Chelyabinsk regions and registered in 1996 as a nonprofit organization. Currently the Association unites communal power enterprises that supply power in 50 federal subjects of Russia.
